About Us

Prospect Psychotherapy Practice is a provider of Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. We work with individuals and with couples. We also work with children and with adolescents. We provide a space for group work. Our therapists can help with a very broad range of human distress and suffering, including: Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress, Low Self-Esteem, Anger and Anger Management, Trauma, Abuse and Post Traumatic Stress, Life Challenges, Bereavement and Grief, Relationship Issues, Sexual and Sexuality Issues, Eating Problems (anorexia, bulimia, overeating, etc.), Self-Harm and Suicidal Feelings, Addictions (drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, internet, shopping, pornography) for sufferers and for relatives, Parenting issues/skills, Life/Work Coaching, issues related to repatriation/expatriation. We also provide supervision for psychotherapists.
